 A buffet restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch based on the concept of “a buffet with small bowls of food made by artisans with their special skills.

 Our dishes are handmade by artisans from scratch, one small bowl at a time.
In addition to the small bowls of food, there are many other specialties such as “Golden Dashi Shabu Shabu,” which is made by artisans by boiling water in homemade dashi broth, “TKG,” which is enjoyed with Tama local egg “Tamaran” and homemade soy sauce, rice cooked with a monthly special, crispy monaka that you can make yourself, and many more.
